Legal Consultation

A consultation across a desk

What We Handle

Andronikos Ventures is a legal consultancy based in Kampala. We handle immigration, work permits, visa appeals, residency and citizenship. If you are trying to travel, work, study, settle or bring family across a border, this is the desk you come to. We also advise on cannabis and mairungi authorisation and on moving money across borders within the law.

You bring us the situation. We tell you where you stand, what the law actually allows, and what it will take to get there. Then we prepare the file, submit it and follow it through until there is a decision. No guesswork and no forms filled in hope. If a case is not worth filing, we say so before you spend money on it.

How It Works

Start with a conversation. Tell us what you need and where you are stuck. We read your documents, explain your options in plain language and give you a clear route forward before you commit to anything.

Immigration files are decided on detail. One missing document, one wrong date, one step taken out of order, and you are back at the start months later. We check the file before it is submitted, so it only has to be submitted once.
A passport open at a page of visa stamps

Work permits, residency and citizenship applications prepared, checked and filed properly the first time.

Talking through a case around a table

Refused before? We read the decision, find the real reason, and build the appeal around it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Short answers to the questions we are asked most. If yours is not here, call us and ask it directly.

Work permits, dependant passes, student and business entry, residency, citizenship and visa appeals. We also advise on cannabis and mairungi authorisation and on moving money across borders within the law. If your matter falls outside that, we will tell you and point you to the right place.

Often, yes. A refusal is a decision with reasons attached, and those reasons tell us what needs to change. Send us the refusal letter and your original application. We will tell you honestly whether an appeal is worth filing or whether a fresh, stronger application is the better route.

Whatever you already have. Your passport, any previous applications or refusals, employment or study letters, and anything that proves your situation. Do not wait until the file is complete to talk to us. Coming early is what keeps your options open.

Yes. Our UELMA arm supports Ugandans who are stranded or struggling overseas, and the legal team works alongside it on status, documents and getting people either home or properly settled. Call or email us from wherever you are.
